DeBora Rachelle grew up in a small town in Minnesota, with Dreams of Building a Fashion Empire. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and communications from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, she began building her business the way she had planned since childhood.
DeBora recognized an amazing opportunity for growth called the internet, and the rest is history.
