Philadelphia Native Bessie Lee-Cappell is a wife and mother of 3 children… ages 12, 8 and 2yrs old. She works as a Social Worker for the City of Philadelphia, Department of Human Services. Bessie is the 4th of seven siblings, the first to graduate high school, and the first to graduate with a Masters Degree from Temple University.
