Their have been many improvements since the conception. The Great Plate uses FDA virgin resin polypropylene so the plates are safe to eat off of. The Great Plates are dishwasher and microwave safe, 100% recyclable and BPA free. And the Great Plate’s design allows them to stack compactly and separate just as easily when it’s time to pass around plates to your guests.
