Episode 113…Eloise Ross and the Meat Sheet

0

Eloise Ross is a Professional Health Aide Caregiver from Old Bridge, New Jersey who invented the Meat Sheet. What a great name for a new product you might be thinking, but what are they?

The Meat Sheet was created to better help dry any type of meat, fish, and poultry while the sheets absorb the water or liquids that seep from them. They also remove moisture off the meat, fish, or poultry for those who want to vacuum seal their meat. In addition, they help to soak up oil off fried foods all while not sticking to the meat without leaving pieces of material when drying. Most Importantly, the Meat Sheet is disposable and used to prevent cross-contamination.
